We provide the following services:
Pre-installation site surveys and signal assessments
Professional mounting and installation of Starlink satellite equipment
Configuration of routers, apps, and Wi-Fi systems
Technical support and troubleshooting
Relocation and reinstallation services
We do not sell or manufacture Starlink hardware; we facilitate installation and support for customers who own or lease their equipment.
All Starlink hardware (dishes, routers, accessories) remains the property of the customer or Starlink Inc., depending on your purchase or rental arrangement.
You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is legally acquired.
We are not liable for delays or issues related to Starlink hardware shipping, customs clearance, or manufacturer defects.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by weather, obstructions, or satellite coverage limitations.
Installation is subject to a successful site assessment and agreement on mounting location.
We will recommend the optimal dish placement based on signal strength and safety.
Modifications to your property (e.g., drilling, mounting, cabling) require your consent.
You agree that Starlink Kenya Installers is not liable for any pre-existing structural issues or damage unrelated to our work.
All service fees are communicated in advance and payable in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Installation costs do not include Starlink monthly internet fees, import duties, or Starlink equipment fees, unless specified.
Late payments may result in delays in installation or suspension of support services.
Cancellations made 24 hours before a scheduled installation may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds are provided for completed installations or service calls.
Equipment-related issues must be addressed with Starlink directly via their support platform.
Our installation work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
This warranty covers technical faults related to installation but excludes equipment failure or user-related damage.
Extended support packages may be available upon request.
We do not guarantee specific internet speeds or uninterrupted service—performance depends on satellite availability, user location, and environmental conditions.
We are not liable for data loss, missed business opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from connectivity issues.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Starlink complies with all local, national, and international laws, including data usage, import regulations, and telecommunications licensing.
We assist with customs and regulatory guidance but are not legally liable for misdeclarations or user non-compliance.
We collect limited personal data necessary to deliver our services, including your name, contact details, location, and equipment preferences. This data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery (e.g., logistics partners).
