Starlink Kenya Installers will perform site assessments and install Starlink equipment based on the availability of service and suitable locations. Installation time typically ranges between 1 to 2 hours.

5. Payments and Fees
All payments for services, including installation and support, must be made as agreed. Service fees vary depending on the type of installation and service package chosen.

6. Warranty and Support
Starlink Kenya Installers provides ongoing support and maintenance for the installed equipment. Warranty services are subject to the terms set by Starlink.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any damage to property or systems that may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, equipment malfunction, or interference after the installation.

8. Changes to Services
Starlink Kenya Installers reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time due to technical reasons or changes in Starlink's policy.

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and providing necessary permissions for installation. All service-related requests must be communicated promptly.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
Starlink Kenya Installers is committed to protecting customer data. We only collect and process data necessary to fulfill our services.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. If services are terminated before completion, payment for services rendered up to that point is due.

Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the relevant legal authorities in Kenya.
